So sorry to have kept missing you, I temporarily parted company with my phone today and didn't realise my voice mail hadn't reached you.

 Basically, after leaving the voice mail re missing items in the order I went to dispose of the packaging and found said items in the box, I had been in such a rush to unpack my goodies that I’d left the wrapping paper in a tangle and over looked them.

I’m so sorry for the inconvenience, particularly as I have found my first shopping experience with chocnmint thoroughly pleasant; great stock, prompt and friendly service. I opened the parcel at work and showed the girls the Lepel set, everybody loved it and I think you may have a few new customers, we are terrible lingerie addicts! Hopefully this might make up for my daftness.
